The Jungle Book: 08/29/2010 - Leah auditioned for and was awarded the part as the character, Village Girl, in Peter Pan Players'* production of, The Jungle Book. The play ran Sept 30 - Oct 3 and was a success. Seating was well over half full for each show.
Aladdin: 07/14/2010 - Leah casted as the character, Jasmine, in Lake Dillon Theatre Co's* production of, Aladdin. The play ran July 24 - 30 and was performed at an amphitheatre in the afternoons where the audience, mostly tourists, could enjoy themselves in the cool alpine air of the Rocky Mountains.
Little Mermaid: 02/18/2010 - Leah is cast as Ursula's evil pet eel, Jetsum, in Peter Pan Players's* production of, Little Mermaid. The play contracted a flying company out of New York to train the actors how to fly on stage cables. The end result was a realistic, believable, "under the sea" setting.
Singing
Artbreak Idol: 04/30/2010 - Leah is selected as a finalist in Northwest Louisiana's Artbreak Idol. The competition involved several rounds of performances requiring the competitors to select from different genres. Leah was by far the youngest of all the finalists.
Ark-La-Tex Talent Show: 04/15/2010 - Leah won the Ark-La-Tex Talent Show for singing Part of Your World from Disney's Little Mermaid.
